Commercial Concrete Grinding Prices Sydney

We assess commercial grinding and floor-preparation projects individually, from localised work to large, open warehouse and factory floors. The indicative rates below are business-to-business budget guidance in Australian dollars, excluding GST. Final pricing follows scope review, inspection or a test grind and depends on floor condition, access, removal, edge work, waste, power, programme and the required handover.

These rates are displayed only for commercial business customers and are indicative guide prices, not fixed quotations. Every displayed price excludes GST. The written quotation will show GST separately and the final GST-inclusive total. Difficult, unknown or multilayer surfaces may require an inspection or test grind before pricing is confirmed.

VOLUME-BASED COMMERCIAL PRICING

Indicative volume rates exclude GST and apply to large, open commercial floors where access, floor condition, edge work, power, working hours, programme and the required handover profile support efficient production. Adhesive, coating, topping and heavy-removal work is priced separately.

Planned Preparation for Repeat Commercial Work

Clear scopes, coordinated access and repeat mobilisation can improve delivery efficiency. We assess each package against floor condition, removal requirements, edge work, power, waste and programme, then provide a written quotation for the agreed preparation and handover.

POLISHED CONCRETE

Indicative polished-concrete and grind-and-seal rates exclude GST. Final pricing depends on slab condition, aggregate exposure, repairs, grout treatment, edge work, contamination, access and the specified sheen or grit level.
