Commercial Concrete Grinding Cost Guide

Indicative project rates are provided for budget guidance only. Final pricing is confirmed after scope review or inspection and depends on the existing floor, access, removal requirement, specified handover profile, programme and selected flooring system.

These are guide prices only — every floor is different. Prices depend on floor size, concrete hardness, existing coatings, cracks and access. Your quotation will clearly show the final GST-inclusive total. A small test grind may be required before we confirm the final price on difficult surfaces.

Rooftop Concrete Grinding & Waterproofing Preparation

Rooftop project price
Site Inspection Required
Rooftop and elevated concrete preparation is quoted after inspection because access, lifting requirements, existing membrane or coating, edges, penetrations, slab condition, weather exposure and waste handling can significantly affect the scope.
Written quotation
Rooftop membrane removal requires inspection, a written quotation and suitable weather conditions.
Accessible areas only
