Commercial Grind & Seal Concrete Floors in Sydney

Resin Me Epoxy installs grind-and-seal concrete floors for commercial and industrial sites across Sydney. The system exposes the prepared concrete and protects it with a compatible sealer, creating a practical finish for retail, showrooms, offices, workshops, warehouses and refurbishment projects.

The preparation sequence depends on the existing slab, contaminants and desired exposure. Work may include one or more grinding passes, local repairs, edge detailing and thorough vacuuming before the specified penetrating or topical sealer is applied. Aggregate exposure depends on the slab and grinding depth.

Grind and seal is different from mechanically polished concrete: the final appearance and protection come primarily from the sealer rather than a long polishing sequence. Matte, satin or gloss options may be available, but actual colour and aggregate distribution vary across an existing slab. Topical sealers can scratch or wear and may need future recoating.

Commercial grinders are connected to H-Class dust extraction where access and power allow. Drying or cure time, ventilation, moisture, temperature, traffic shutdowns and compatibility with previous treatments are confirmed before installation. Slip resistance must be selected for the intended area and use.

For an accurate quote, provide the floor area, slab condition, desired exposure and sheen, intended use, traffic and chemical exposure, access, available power and programme. Photos and any known coating or contamination history help us define the preparation and sealer system.
