Resin Me Epoxy mechanically removes carpet glue, vinyl adhesive, mastic and timber-flooring residues from concrete for commercial refurbishments, make-good works and new flooring installations across Sydney.

Adhesives vary widely. Soft or heat-sensitive glue can smear and load ordinary diamonds, while brittle residues may fracture more readily. We inspect the bond, thickness, previous floor covering and slab hardness before selecting PCD scrapers, specialised segments or staged diamond grinding.

Commercial grinders are connected to H-Class dust extraction and edges are detailed with suitable hand equipment. This controls airborne dust but does not make the process completely dust-free. Sticky adhesive may generate heat or odour and can require slower passes or tooling changes.

Removal may reveal staining, cracks, levelling compound or adhesive sitting deep in the concrete pores. We work to the agreed preparation standard, but do not promise a perfectly clean, unmarked or level slab. Suitability is judged against the flooring or coating system that follows.
