Resin Me Epoxy mechanically removes failed epoxy, polyurethane, paint and other bonded floor coatings from commercial and industrial concrete. We work in warehouses, factories, retail spaces, workshops and construction sites where the slab must be prepared for a specified new flooring system.

The existing coating is inspected for thickness, hardness, adhesion and contamination before tooling is selected. Aggressive PCD tooling may be used for thick or flexible coatings, followed by diamond grinding to refine the surface. Thin or brittle systems may require a different sequence; there is no single tooling setup for every slab.

Commercial grinders are connected to H-Class dust extraction and edges are detailed with suitable hand equipment. This controls airborne dust but does not make the process completely dust-free. Access, noise restrictions, power availability, nearby trades and the required surface profile are confirmed before work starts.

Removal can reveal cracks, repairs, weak concrete, staining or previous substrate damage. We do not promise that every mark will disappear or that grinding will produce a perfectly level slab. Newly exposed defects are reported so repairs or further preparation can be agreed before the next system is installed.
